SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CITY CENTER

City Center at 735 is helping to make auto service a little easier.

Movin’ & Lubin’—an auto care shop with mobile on-site service options is offering the tenants at the City Center a new tenants perks program. You will get on-site vehicle services (ie: oil changes…) through valet at the parking structure at 209 E Mason, shuttle services to and from Movin’ & Lubin’, and accumulate reward points for services. 

To start, Movin’ & Lubin will be on-site to perform vehicle services at 735 Water on Friday February 25th from 10am until work is complete. Call, email, or visit the service link below to schedule service for that day (services must be requested by Noon on the 24th) Or, schedule an appointment at the shop, and we’ll take you to and from the City Center at 735 Water. Once service is scheduled, instructions and estimate will be emailed. Make sure you provide your offer code #6960 when scheduling.

On-Site Information and Instructions:

1. Estimates for requested service will be emailed to you prior to service for your approval.
2. Only approved services will be performed. Movin' & Lubin' will seek additional approval for adjustments to the estimate before work continues.
3. For your convenience credit and debit card payments are preferred. Payments are due at the end of performed service day. (Other payment options are available; please mention your preference while scheduling.)
4. We request customers receiving service are reachable by phone during scheduled times (either by voice or text.) Please provide us with a phone number to reach you.
5. Park vehicle with Valet on day of service at (parking structure name?).
6. Drop your keys and vehicle off to a CPS Valet service professional at (location?) with a printed Movin' & Lubin' work order/estimate (emailed on Thursday).
7. Once service is completed, email confirmation will be sent.
8. Pick up vehicle after service is completed with Valet.

Shuttle Service Info and Instructions:

1. Schedule shuttle service drop off and estimated pick up from 735 Water prior to day of vehicle service [users of the shuttle service are responsible for their own transportation if service is not same day drop off and pick up.]
2. Estimates for requested service will be emailed prior to service for your approval.
3. Only approved services will be performed. Movin' & Lubin' will seek additional approval for adjustments to the estimate before work continues.

5. Once service is completed, return shuttle service will bring you back to Movin' & Lubin' to pick up vehicle and make payment.
