Here's how it works!

1. Select which type of service are you interested in below.

2. A response will be sent to your "Aurora" e-mail account confirming your service request and your date of service. Please indicate which building you work in with the request.

3. On the Day of Service

On the day of service, park your vehicle in the Heil parking lot in the western-most row. Look for the Movin' and Lubin' reserved parking spot signs.
Go to lock box located in the lobby of the Heil Center near the reception desk.
Take a key tag and place it on your vehicle key and then write your license plate # and vehicle description on the tag.
Place your key in the lock box and take the appropriate lock-box key.
After the service is performed, your key will be placed back into your personal lock box, for your pick-up.
After service confirmation, your credit card will be charged the appropriate amount.
